    At the condo you will find:

  • Master bedroom with a balcony over the beach, a king size bed, large dresser, and en suite bathroom with a large shower

  • Guest bedroom with two single beds, large dresser, and bathroom with a bathtub and shower

  • If needed a sofa bed is available in the living room as well.

  • Dining room with a counter to kitchen

  • Kitchen with a view on the beach, fully equiped (dishwasher, self-cleaning oven, microwave, espresso machine, etc.)

  • Utility room with washer and dryer, linens and towels

  • Comfortable living room with large corner window and a balcony looking over the beach, equipped with a television, cable TV, DVD, stereo, CDs, high speed internet and a wireless phone that can reach the beach.

    Additional useful information:

    • The condo has a designated covered parking spot (it's Florida!).

    • The outside heated pool is for condo residents only so you can enjoy your privacy.

    • The condo is equipped with all necessary appliances including hair dryer, iron and ironing-board, etc.

    • The kitchen is fully equipped including toaster, utensiles, plates, glasses, etc.

    • On the balcony you will find a table and the chairs so you can enjoy your breakfast watching the beach and the birds.

    • Nearby you will find shopping centers, outlet malls and many restaurants of all kinds.

    • Many tourist attractions are available in the area: golf, fishing, museums, concerts, National Parcs where you can watch birds and aligators, a botanical garden, a zoo and much more.

    • Don't forget to plan your excursions to Sanibel Island, Miami and Key West (by a car or by a boat from Fort Myers) for unforgetable Key West sunsets.


    So prepare your suitcase and head to Bonita Beach.
    Enjoy 3.5 kilometers of beautiful sandy beach where the birds and dolphins greet you every day.

    A FEW CONDO REGULATIONS TO REMEMBER:

    • Minimum rental period: one month .

    • The condo can accomodate up to 4 people.

    • NO PETS are allowed and no smoking in the condo.

    • No parties are allowed.

    • The bicycles should be kept outside in the designated space.

    • Inventory and condition of the condo will be evaluated after your departure and you will be charged for missing or damaged items.

      Before you leave the condo please:

    • Verify that all windows and shutters are closed and locked.

    • Verify that all appliances are turned off.

    • Remove your garbage and recycled items to the designated areas.

    • Set the thermostat at 72 F degrees.

    RENTAL RATES:


    November to March
    $4500 US/month
    April to October
    $3500 US/ month

    The rates include taxes.
    Non-refundable deposit of 30% is required for firm booking.
    (In case of cancelation, the deposit may be refunded if the condo is subsequently rented for the same time period.)
    Final payment of 70% must be received no later than 30 days before arrival.
    Payments by a check are presently accepted.
    A refundable fee of $100 US for the entrance key will be charged at the time of 70% balance payment. This fee will be refunded after the key is returned.
