Arkadia Condos are located in Club Azur in Magog, in the most beautiful part of Eastern Townships,
200 m from the Memphremagog beaches, 10 minutes from the ski centre of Mont Orford, 15 minutes walking distance from the Magog city centre. The Eastern Townships shares the border with three states: Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont.




Arkadia's condos are conveniently located at the street level. Each condo has one bedroom with a queen bed, a bathroom, a living room with a fireplace, a sofa-bed and cable TV. The kitchenette is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, dish washer, microwave, dishes and utensils. There is also a patio equipped with a table, chairs and propane BBQ.

RULES AND REGULATIONS:

  • Arrival time from 16h00, departure time by 12h00.

  • The condos can accommodate maximum 4 persons.

  • Pets, smoking cigarettes or cigars, walking in skates, roller blades, ski boots or shoes inside the condos is strictly forbidden.

  • A silence should be respected at all times. Any type of parties are forbidden.

  • The bicycles shall to be kept only outside the condo. There are bicycle racks provided for this purpose.

  • A private parking lot is provided for each condo. The visitors can park only on a street.

  • The condition and inventory of the condos are verified prior to and after each stay. You are responsible and will be charged for all the damages or missing items during your stay.

  • The furniture should not be moved or taken outside the condos.

  • Do not use the central vacuum cleaner to clean the fireplace or suck in water spills.

  • Firewood is not included.

  • Please dispose your garbage in the garbage containers located on the area of the Club Azur.

  • Please bring your own towels to be used in the pool area or on the beaches.

    Before you leave the condo:

  • Be sure that all windows and doors are closed and locked.

  • Please verify that the fireplace is extinguished.

  • Please dispose your garbage in the garbage containers located on the area of the Club Azur.

  • Please, adjust the thermostats to 15 degrees.
